EVENT LAUNCHPAD

What is it?

NASA International Space Apps Hackathon 2020 will be an intense 48-hour global weekend hackathon for developers, designers, engineers, entrepreneurs, astronomers and enthusiasts.

Along with over 200 cities around the world, Ottawa teams will solve NASA- and CSA-designed challenges that leverage spacecraft, celestial & science data. You don't have to be a programmer to participate - we welcome participants from all backgrounds.

Where and when is it?

This year's event begins at 6 pm on Friday October 2 and runs until Sunday October 4. You can see the full schedule below.

We are hosted by the Technology Innovation Management (TIM) program at Carleton University. They are located on the 3rd floor, 311 St. Patrick's Building, 1125 Colonel By Drive on
Carleton University campus.

I have more questions!

Great - we are glad you are interested in knowing more! We've tried to answer the more frequently asked questions, but if that doesn't help you are always welcome to email us and we'll respond right back to you.
